The study was conducted on hundered girls of Home Science College, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. The results revealed that majority of the respondents always preferred Cotton and cotton blends during summer and winter seasons, smooth textured, single colour tops were usually preferred. Blue was the most preferred colour. Among constructional features, full set in sleeves with plain arms were mostly preferred. Slightly loose, medium length tops with convertible collar, short yoke and patch pockets were always prefened by majority of the respondents.
