The average net income was significantly higher (Rs. 15,108) in the dairy coperatives group than women dairy coperatives group(WDCS) (Rs. 5,973). The overall labour utilization per annum per household was also significantly higher in the DCS group (271.46 Man days) than WDCS group (232.06 Man days). The study noticeably indicated a positive impact of dairy cooperatives as well as women dairy cooperatives on the income and employment generation of milk producers in the study area.
