Nutrient profile of buffalo milk was studied during different stages of lactation from 1 to 9. Fat content increased as the stage of lactation increased and other parameters (pH, protein, density, solid not fat, lactose showed no significant variations. The quantities of trace elements viz., Iron, zinc, manganese and copper and macro elements (sodium, potassium, calcium) remained almost same during the lactation stages except zinc, manganese and sodium.
