Abstract

In this study, 1503 consecutive panoramic radiographs of 6800 patients (above 16 years of age) who visited the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology in I.T.S Dental College, Hospital and Research Center, Greater Noida from July 2013 to July 2014 were reviewed. Findings regarding unerupted and impacted maxillary and mandibular canines were recorded. The prevalence of canine impaction and transmigration was determined, and the features of the transmigration cases were evaluated.
