Verrucous Carcinoma is a rare type of low grade, well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. The author herein reports a case of squamous cell carcinoma arising within verrucous carcinoma of mandible. A 65-year old women reported to hospital with the history of swelling over the gums of lower jaw since lyr. Her swelling was painless and gradually had spread to the whole mandible. Incisional biopsy and histopathologic examination revealed verrucous carcinoma which was treated with total Mandibulectomy.
