Abstract

An experiment was carried out at the Experimental Farm, Department of Horticulture, Assam Agri cultural University, Jorhat to study the morphological traits in ivy gourd (Coccinia grandis) genotypes collected from different parts of Assam and other North Eastern States (Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura and Nagaland) during the summer season. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with three replications. The qualitative traits were recorded through visual observation as per NBPGR descriptor. Morphological characterization of 22 genotypes revealed significant variation among the genotypes.
