Abstract

The larval duration was observed to be significantly influenced (P < 0.01) by the variation in the temperature but relative humidity regime have no considerable influence on the larval duration of B. mori. The larval duration was noticed to be minimum at 36°C and 80% RH. The variation in temperature and relative humidity has significantly influenced to the larval duration of B. mori. Maximum larval duration of temperature was recorded to be 25.67 ± 0.113 days at 26°C and 25.86 ± 0.052 days at 75% RH (relative humidity).
