In the present times use of pesticides has become very common by the farmers for controlling pests for better yield of crops. In the present investigation, swiss albino mice has been selected as animal model. Many antioxidants have been found to play combating role in lowering the pollutant toxicity. In the present investigation study was carried out following oral administration of endosulfan at 3.0 mg/Kg b.w in mice for 4 weeks. Maximum permissible dose (MPD) of antioxidants as their suitable dose were established and used viz. Emblica officinalis (Amala) with 10 mg/Kg b.w, Selenium, 10mg/Kg b.w. and Vitamin E, 20 I.U/Kg b.w. Hormonal assay as testosterone level and scanning electron microscopies of testicular cells as parameters were studied.
