The effect of chronic exposure of Sodium Fluoride (NaF), (5,20,50 mg/kg b.w./day) for 30 days on reproductive tissue damage in young male albino rat was evaluated histopathologically alongwith certain hematological parameters. Damaging effect on testicular histoarchitecture along with disfigured tubular structure was recorded alongwith histological changes in other organs viz. epididymis, vas deferns, seminal vesicle and prostate gland. Even the spermatogenesis seemed to be arrested and clumping of spermatozoa was also observed. The said effects were not observed in the control group. The Heamotological picture also evidenced an upset in its normal status, effecting the metabolism adversely.
