Abstract

Studies on the impact of pesticides such as baytex, k-othrine, dimilin and their effect on AChE, SDH, LDH enzyme activity of the bug D. indicus showed that AChE activity in male and female exposed to baytex was similar upto 24 hour. After that sharp decline in the activity was observed upto 96 hour. Baytex and k-othrine inhibited SDH activity upto 96 hour than dimilin. The bug exposed to dimilin maintained uniform rate of LDH activity compared to control. But enzyme activity decreased in baytex and k-othrine.
