The viability of Baculovirus oryctes was gradually reduced to zero level with in 4 hours and 30 minutes of heating at 37°C. Hundred per cent mortality was obtained upto 30 minutes of heating at 37°C and thereafter, the mortality rate showed a gradual decline.
