Abstract

A significant increase in the acid and alkaline phosphatase activity was observed during the progress of nuclear polyhedrosis in the fat body, gut and integument of the third instar, of Mythimna (Pseudaletia) separata. As compared to the acid Phosphatase activity the alkaline phosphatase activity was relatively less.
