Ten species belonging to six genera viz., Matsumuraeses Issiki, Andrloplecta Obraztsov, Bhagwantolita gen. nov., Karacaoglanla Koçak, Graphollta Treitschke and Cydla Hübner, belonging to the tribe Grapholitini (Olethreutlnae) of the family Tortricidae have been collected from the North-West India and dealtwlth taxonomically. Key to the presently examined genera has been prepared on the basis of characters such as the labial palpi, wing venation and male and female genitalia. Further, keys to the species of the genera viz, Matsumuraeses Issikl and Cydia Hübner represented by more than one species have also been furnished. Four new species i.e., Matsumuraeses patialaensls, Bhagwantolita ganpatll, Grapholita komail, Cydia brownorum have been reported as new to science. The species viz., Matsumuraeses melanaula (Meyrick), Karacaoglanla xerophlla (Meyrick), Cydla parastreptu (Meyrick), C. ptychora (Meyrick) and C. malessana (Meyrick) are being collected for the first time from the area, under reference. Besides giving an illustrated account of the new species, the genitalic account of already known species have been added to improve their descriptive account.
