The age specific life tables for Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) on sunflower revealed that the period II (10 days after hatching) larvae are more vulnerable to natural mortality factors during the observed generation. The highest survival rate was observed in adult stage. The generation survival (SG) of 0.3579 indicated that only 35.79 per cent of the initial population could survive and successfully complete their generation. The number of larvae dead due to N. rileyi was maximum, contributing higher ‘k’ value. The highest ‘k’ value was observed in period II larvae. The population doubling time (DT) was 6.107 days with a potential fecundity of 387.29 eggs.
