Factors affecting the pollinators, pollination and seed production of sunflower

Parameters like parasites, diseases and pesticides were major factors, found affecting pollinator's population, pollination and seed yield of sunflower. There was significant decrease in the seed yield as well as population of pollinators after insecticidal application. The targets returning with pollen load at infested colonies was less than at normal colony.
