Three concentrations of Achook 0.15 EC viz. 0.02, 0.03 and 0.04 percent, were tested by offering impregnated cotton seeds to fourth and fifth instars of Dysdercus koenigii revealed that the mortality in fourth instar was found more in comparison to fifth instar. Mortality was almost concentration dependent. Longevity of the surviving fourth and fifth instars tends to increase significantly at different concentrations as compared to untreated control. Adult emergence was also affected considerably when their fifth instars had consumed Achook impregnated cotton seeds.
