Confidence interval coverage using factorial design for biological experiments

The significant factors that affect the bio-control efficiency of Diplonychus rusticus (Water bug) on Culex larvae (mosquito larvae) using factorial experimental design have been investigated in this paper. The effective use of confidence interval using factorial design in biological experiments for both normal and non-normal data with different replicates has been presented.
