Two species i.e. T. nigricostella Snellen and T. niviferana pertaining to genus Tonica Walker have been recorded from Himachal Pradesh, India for the first time. Wing venation and genitalia of two species have also been studied for taxonomic treatment. Key to the species has also been furnished.
