Relative efficacy of pyridalyl [2, 6-dichloro-4-(3, 3-dichloroallyloxy) phenyl 3-[5-(tri-fluoromethyl)- 2-pyridyloxy] propyl ether] 10EC along with some conventional insecticides i.e., cypermethrin (10 EC), hostathion (40 EC) and quinalphos (25 EC) were evaluated @ 50, 75, 60, 500 and 250 gm a.i/ha respectively was evaluated against spotted boll worm (Earias insulana) on okra. Pyridalyl 10 EC gave excellent control of spotted boll worm on okra @ 50 and 75 gm a.i/ha.
