A field study on seasonal incidence and management of Maruca vitrata (Geyer) on rabi groundnut revealed that minimum temperature and sunshine hours exert significant negative influence on the larval population of M. vitrata and Indoxacarb @ 0.0145 per cent was highly effective against M. vitrata.
