Abstract
Variation in relative toxicity of different insecticides was observed between male and female Helopeltis theivora (Darjeeling strain). Female was more susceptible to different insecticides than male. Cypermethrin was effective amongst synthetic pyrethroids. All the non-pyrethroids were least effective than pyrethroids except thiomethoxam.
