Abstract

Ethanol extract (4%) of Melia azedarach seeds reduced the population of Ascotis imparta and was at par with Nimbecidine 2 ml/lt and Nimbecidine 1 ml/lt. Ethanol extract (3%), methanol extract 4% and methanol extract 3% were also found to be at par with Nimbecidine (2 ml/lt).
