Studies on biorational approach in the management of Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) indicated that on the basis of cost-benefit ratio (CBR) the most economic chemical insecticide was found to be monocrotophos (1:60.74) but NSKE (5%) recorded a maximum CBR of 1:28 among biorationals.
