Abstract

The incidence of N. rileyi in sole pigeonpea was compared with intercropped pigeonpea with groundnut, soybean and sorghum and no significant difference in the activity of fungus was abserved. Moreover, the fungus was found to be infective in pigeonpea ecosystem. Sequential spray of monocrotophos – endosulphan – quinalphos maintained its superiority over rest of the treatment in controlling pod borer population.
