Abstract

Cynodon dactylon (Linnaeus) (Graminaceae) has been recorded as the larval host plant of Ypthima inica Hewitson. The gross morphology and duration of various life history stages has been recorded. The larval and oviposition behaviour has been studied in details. Nectar food plants of the adult and ontogenetic variability in larval stage has been recorded.
