The Ichneumonid, E. argenteopilosus was found active from 50th MW (10–16 December) till 3rd MW (15–21 January) of H. armigera and the highest parasitization of early instar larvae was in 52nd MW (22.50 percent). The second Ichneumonid, C. chlorideae was observed from 51st MW (17–23 December) until 3rd MW (15–21 January) and caused 8.11 to 11.54 per cent parasitization. E. argenteopilosus was dominant parasitoid in chickpea contributed near about half of total mortality. A Tachinid fly was also found associated with the late instar larval and pupal parasitization.
