Abstract

Larvicidal potentiality of synthetic insecticides, fenthion (82.5% EC), imidacloprid (17.8% SL), acetamiprid (20% SP) was observed against third instar larvae of Anopheles stephensi. Results based on LC50 and LC90 Values clearly indicated that the larvae of Anopheles stephensi were more susceptible towards fenthion as compared to imidacloprid and acetamiprid.
