Two rare cases of oral myiasis in patients suffering from squamous cell carcinoma are reported in this work. Cancerous ulceration of buccal mucosa in both the cases resulted into perforation of cheek and the wounds so formed were neglected leading to oviposition by flies. The causative maggots extracted from the wounds of both the patients were identified as 3rd instar larvae of Chrysomya bezziana belonging to family Calliphoridae on the basis of their distinctive anterior and posterior spiracles and cephalopharyngeal skeleton.
