Fresh NSKE (5%), fresh GCK (0.5%) and 1day old GCK (0.5%) were the most effective treatments causing 90 per cent mortality of both aphids and leaf hoppers at 7 days after treatment. The next best treatments included 1 day old NSKE, 2 days old GCK, 2 days old NSKE, 7 days old GCK and 7 days old NSKE which reduced the aphid and leafhopper population to the extent of > 70 per cent.
