Planococcus lilacinus (cockerell), Phenacoccus solenopsis tinsley, Phenacoccus indicus (Avasthi and Shafee) and Pseudococcus longispinus (targioni-tozzetti) were recorded as new hosts for two parasitoids each whereas Phenacoccus madeirensis green, Phenacoccus divaricatus Williams and Paracoccus marginatus Williams and granara de Willink were recorded as new hosts for one parasitoid each. Sixteen parasitoids recorded in the present study of which four belonged to Prochiloneurus Silvestri, three to Anagyrus howard and two species to Leptomastix Förster. these genera are more common in distribution and have a wide host range.
