Bioefficacy of different insecticides against aphid Brevicoryne brassicae on cauliflower

Abstract

Cyantraniliprole 10.26% OD @ 600 ml, flonicamid 50% WG @ 150 g, fipronil 5% SC @ 1000 ml and buprofezin 25% SC @ 1000 ml were most effective against aphids than neonicotinoids. Cyantraniliprole 10.26% OD @ 600 ml, flonicamid 50% WG @ 150 g and buprofezin 25% SC @ 1000 ml were safer than other insecticides to natural enemies viz. syrphid fly and parasitoids of aphids.
