Two new species i.e., arunachalensis and ampullalis of genus Barsine Walker have been described and illustrated in detail. The external morphological characters including the genitalic features of two species viz., delicia (Swinhoe) and flammealis Moore have also been studied and illustrated. These species completely conform to the characterization of the type species of this genus and form a natural grouping. A key to the studied species has been formulated.
