The susceptibility of second instar larvae of Tuta absoluta to seven isolates of Beauveria bassiana were tested under laboratory conditions using the leaf dip method. Significantly highest mortality (80.00%) was recorded in isolate-4 with LC50 value (1.15 × 107 spores ml−1) followed by isolate-1 and isolate-2 with 62.50% mortality each (LC50 value 2.00 × 108 spores ml−1 and 8.01 × 107 spores ml−1, respectively) at 120 hours after treatment, similar trend in mortality was observed at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours after treatment.
