This study was carried out in two farms located in Badoosh and Hamam Al-Alil (northwest and south of Mosul city, Iraq respectively), where, two types of feeding were applied, the concentrated feed and green grass. The higher percentage of cows milk fat and total solid were observed in cows consume concentrated feed. However, the milk protein concentration showed opposite picture. Present also investigate the composition of fatty acids concentrations, the palmitic acid was higher in concentration in cow's milk feeding concentrated feed at summer and winter, suggesting that both nutrition and seasons could affect the composition of cow's milk.
