Studies on internal genitalic features of two species of genus Laelia Stephens (Lymantriidae: Lepidoptera) from India
Abstract
The internal male genitalic features of two species i.e., Laelia exclamationis (Kollar) and Laelia litura (Walker) of family Lymantriidae have been studied in detail to evaluate their taxonomic significance. A dichotomous key on the basis of these features has also been formulated. The use of these features provides an improvement in taxonomical resolution.
