Abstract

Topical application of spinetoram @ 360 ppm showed significantly high mortality (88.5%). This was followed by spinetoram @ 300 ppm, 240 ppm, 180 ppm and 120 ppm with 85.3, 79.9, 69.7 and 60.2 per cent mortality, respectively. In different feeding materials experiment overall mortality was significantly high in spinetoram 360 ppm (96.7%) and was at par with spinetoram 300 ppm (94.7%). The next best treatment was spinetoram @ 240 ppm (92.5%) followed by rynaxypyr (92.0%), spinetoram 180 ppm (87.4%), 120 ppm (80.6%) and 60 ppm (57.6%). Untreated check recorded zero per cent mortality.
