BSF is well known to be able to convert organic waste into biomass, while pesticides circulate in the community. This study aims to study the effect of BSF in converting waste, survivalship and life cycle. The research method that is used is descriptive by insert in pesticide delametrin in household waste, restaurant waste and weed waste, while the control was conducted but without pesticide. The results showed that H. illucens was able to convert 100% organic waste showing pesticide presence to household and restaurant waste, while weed waste to around 90%. In the BSF treatment of household waste and restaurant waste the mortality produced is 10% while for household waste the mortality is around 90%. BSF does not affect the larval weight of household and restaurant wastes but affects the period of weed waste, BSF is also known not to affect the life cycle of H. illucens.
