Thirty-one species of family Acrididae have been reported from Rohilkhand Region of Uttar Pradesh, India. Out of which three are new records from Uttar Pradesh state. A total of 677 specimens were studied and identified. Maximum number of species were recorded from the genus Oxya of subfamily Oxyinae (i.e., eight different species from a single genus). Maximum diversity was shown by subfamily Oedipodinae.
