Result revealed that emamectin benzoate 5% SG, and NSKE 5% were very effective against shoot and fruit borer on okra followed by thiamethoxam 25 WG, neem oil 0.2%, biomix 0.3% and metarhizium + beauveria bassiana 0.4%. Treatments verticilium lecanii 0.4%, biomix 0.3%, beauveria bassiana 0.4% and Karanj oil 0.5% were also effective to certain extent. The least effective bio-pesticides was eucalyptus oil 0.2%. LAMIT 0.6% recorded maximum population among all bio-pesticides. The highest population was noted in untreated control.
