Direct analysis of DNA polymorphisms now is a general approach to identify and compare fungi at intraspecific, species, genus, or higher level. In this research using molecular genetic techniques with RAPD-PCR technique with ITS1 and ITS2 as promers were used. The samples are Metrahizium from Indonesia (M4 and M5) and Philippines (M6) using RAPD-PCR amplification, DNA sequencing and Analysis of ITS DNA sequences and ITS DNA sequence homologous alignment by search similarities used Blast Biological Software and multi-aligned with CLUSTALW Biological Software. It confirmed three isolates are: M. anisopliae and by multiple sequence alignment revealed transmission translation and transversion and deletion among them. The phylogram showed biogeographic area and their virulence.
