Taxonomic studies on genus Chiasmia Hübner (Lepidoptera: Geometridae: Ennominae) with special reference to their external genitalic structures

Abstract

Four species i.e., eleonora (Cramer), emersaria (Walker), pluviata (Fabricius) and frugaliata (Guenee) referable to genus Chiasmia Hübner were collected from different localities of India and treated taxonomically. The external male and female genitalic attributes have been studied, photographed and illustrated.
