Eleven genotypes of fenugreek viz., AFg-1, AFg-2, AFg-3, AFg-4, AFg-5, RMt-1, RMt-143, RMt-303, RMt305, RMt-351 and RMt-354 were screened for their relative susceptibility against aphid, A. craccivora under field conditions. Each genotype screened under cage and caged plants were allowed to infest with initial population of aphid. Out of eleven genotypes screened against A. craccivora, the genotypes RMt-351 and RMt-354 were categorized as less susceptible while AFg-1, AFg-2, AFg-4, AFg-5, RMt-1, RMt-143, RMt-305 were found to be moderately susceptible and AFg-3, RMt-303 were highly susceptible. The plant attributes such as plant height, pod length, number of branches/plant, number of seeds/pod and number of pods/plant showed non-significant correlation with mean population of A. craccivora in fenugreek.
