Relative toxicity of four commonly used insecticides viz., indoxacarb, thiodicarb and spinosad was determined by using filter paper impregnation method against Trichogramma chilonis Ishii. Based on the bioassay studies conducted, spinosad was found to be highly toxic to both T. chilonis adults and also to the eggs parasitized by them with least LC50 and LC90 values. The order of toxicity was spinosad > indoxacarb > thiodicarb. Spinosad was 750 folds and 1834.86 folds more toxic than thiodicarb to the adults and parasitized eggs, respectively.
