Abstract

Among the tested insecticides spinosad 45% SC showed best efficacy at both LC50 and LC99.9 and was more toxic than other insecticides. The LC50 values of spinosad 45% SC to the adults of C. maculatus were 0.0005, 0.0003 and 0.0002% while LC99.9 values were 0.0037, 0.0027 and 0.001% at 24, 48 and 72 h after treatment (HAT), respectively. The log concentration probit (lcp) lines slope (b) values for spinosad 45% SC were 2.634, 2.513 and 3.455 at 24, 48 and 72 HAT, respectively.
