This work is a survey of Culicidae in Djurdjura National Park. It was conducted from July 2020 to September 2021. The larvae were simpled bi-monthly by using the ladle technique (dipping). Study revealed the presence of 8 species of Culicidae belonging to 3 genera Culex, Culiseta and Anopheles. The most abundant species are Culex hortensis (37.52%), Culiseta longiareolata (30.26%) and Culex pipiens (23.38%) respectively. There is correlation between two physicochemical parameters (pH and temperature) and larva abundance.
