Abstract

In the kharif 2020 season, the treatment with Lambda cyhalothrin (Ampligo) 150 ZC at 250, 200,150 ml/ ha and Chlorantraniliprole 18.5 SC at 150 ml/ha recorded significantly lower mean percentage of dead heart/ white ear damage as compared to untreated check. In rabi 2021 season, both Ampligo 150 ZC at 250, 200, 150 ml/ha and Chlorantraniliprole 18.5 SC at 150 ml/ha exhibited a lower mean percentage of dead heart/ white ear damage and had a notable impact on yield attributes. The highest grain yields of 3.87 and 3.32 t/ ha observed in the plots treated with Ampligo 150 ZC at 250 ml/h, followed by Ampligo 150 ZC at 150 and 200 ml/ha (3.77 and 2.98; 3.85 and 3.18 t/ha, respectively). While to untreated check yielded 3.34 and 2.39 t/ ha respectively during kharif and rabi.
