Abstract

A four-year comprehensive study was conducted to investigate the diversity of Sticholotidinae beetles within the Coccinellidae family in Haryana, India. Which identified three species across two genera and two tribes: Pharoscymnus flexibilis, Pharoscymnus horni, Serangium parcesetosum. A taxonomic key was developed to aid in identifying species based on morphological characteristics such as coxal lines, antennae, mandibles, and male genitalia. Detailed taxonomic descriptions of each species were provided to support identification further. This study represents the first in-depth exploration of Sticholotidinae beetles in Haryana. It contributes significantly to our understanding of beetle biodiversity in the region and provides a foundation for future research and conservation efforts.
