In the present study, it was endeavoured to establish sex form human hip bones by Oenoves Sciatic Notch Index. Sexual differentiation with an accuracy of 99.75% was achieved utilising “Demarking Point” method. Two hundred adult human hip bones (120 males, 80 females) of known sex were examined. Results were highly encouraging as more than 75% of male bones could be reliably identified. Study also revealed highly significant ‘t’ and ‘p’ values.
