Two cases of homicide-suicide (Dyadic) death are reported. Type of perpetrator and victim, site of offence, method of killing, relationship between perpetrator and victim and psychological factors responsible for such death have been studied by various workers in smaller numbers. The cases are reported to draw attention of various workers towards such phenomenon though they are rare.
