Since ancient time suicide pacts are well known but less discussed in medical literature. This form of suicide is increasing in metropolitan cities. Literature shows that suicide pacts are usually common among the spouses over 50 years especially in western countries, the victims mostly used the non violent/passive method of suicide such as poisoning. We are reporting here an adult unmarried couple suicide pact by using firearm whose postmortem examination were conduced at AIIMS mortuary. The case was studied in detail and its dynamics was compared with the other similar studies. This case is being presented so that autopsy surgeons can consider the circumstances and can interpret the expected findings in a logical way.
